Visakhapatnam Metro Region Development Authority Commissioner (VUDA VC) P Basanth Kumar participated as the chief guest of last day of 34th annual celebrations of Indian Association of Tour Operators at Novatel Hotel. Several stalls were established while giving the details of state tourism by respective state tourism departments. Andhra Pradesh stall stood in first place whereas Odisha stall received laurels from the visitors. Visakhapatnam district tourism officer Purnima Devi was presented with an award for organizing four day celebrations successfully along with the representative of Novatel for designing best brochure.
Amitabh Sukhwal and his sister Swetha were given special prizes for attending celebrations for five years continuously. Tourism director P S Naidu has distributed prizes to Pranab Circar, EM Nazeeb, Jayendra Singh Nayal, Nidhi Singh, Subba Laxmi and others for winning running competitions in the program.

Meeting, Incentives, Conference, Exhibition these four prominent divisions for developing tourism and attract tourists will be set up at same place and we are receiving inquiries from many organizations, he added.
