The session of guest lecture on learning process at Peter F Ducker smart seminar Hall, Department of Commerce and Management Studies, Andhra university , which was initiated by Prof. V Krishna Mohan, Mentor of Management Club by inviting Prof. G Satyanarayana, Head of the Department and the guest of honor Devineni Madhusudhana Rao who is an Educationalist, Philanthropist and Industrialist.
The lecture started with the chief guest enlightening audience on importance of reading books and questioning skills to enhance their knowledge. Also, he suggested some of the precious books to the students which would help develop their management skills, which are – Critical Chain, on becoming a leader, Think and Grow Rich, Study and Get Rich, Ultimate Life, The Ultimate Gift, Last Lecture by Randy Pousch, Mahatma Gandhi Autobiography: The Story of My Experiments with Truth.
Then the session was open for a question forum where he briefly took up the questions by quoting his own failures which includes him failing in secondary education and explained us with regards on how important it is to fail in life to discover your true self. Because he was failed in his secondary education and the same incident led him to discover his true self and gave him the wings to clear Charted Accountancy in the first attempt.
Closing remarks were given by a Junior MBA student by quoting the key aspects which he touched upon and the session ended with Head of the department felicitating him in the presence of Management Club Mentor, Prof. V Krishna Mohan.
