The severe cyclonic storm TITLI has hit Srikakulam district in the early hours of 11.10.2018 with a wind speed gusting upto 165 km, coupled with high velocity winds and heavy rainfall  in different of parts of Srikakulam district.

The Cyclone “TITLI” has devastated Srikakulam district and left huge damages to properties, agriculture and horticulture crops, houses and infrastructure resulting in deep distress and Misery to the people of Srikakulam district.

Sri Sathya Sai Seva organization, Andhra Pradesh immediately responded to the calamity to render various service activities.

Right from day one, our volunteers started Distributing Food Packets, Breads, candles and water packets started immediately.

As a humble service and inspired by the noble ideology of Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba that “ Hurt never- Help Ever”, Love all –serve all’, senior office bearers of organization have reached out to the very badly affected people of over 20 interior villages of Srikakulam district namely, Sompeta  and distributed the amrutha kalasams and other beneficiary items with love and passion.

It may be noted that Sevadal (volunteers) of Sri Sathya Sai seva organization, Srikakulam district have been offering milk, bread, biscuits and drinking water ever since the cyclone lashed Srikakulam district.

It may also be noted that inspite of losing several acres of cash crop yielding lands personally, several Sathya Sai Sevadal(volunteers) are actively participating in the cyclone relief operations.

SG Chalam, state president, Sathya Sai Seva  organization, R Lakshmana rao, state vice-president  are personally coordinating the relief and service operations.
