The Lulu Internation shopping mall and convention centre, which is going to come up in Vizag in the near-future, is aiming to meet international standards! Chief Minister met Lulu delegation on Friday and made some recommendations.
Being built at an astounding 1500 crore rupees in an area of 13.83 acres of land, the Lulu International shopping mall and mega international convention centre, is grabbing the eyeballs even before its inception; one wonders what would happen once it opens its doors!
The centre, which is going to crop up in an area of 13 acres in the city, will house a 220 room 5 star hotel, a 6 lakh sqft. convention centre capable of seating 5000 people, apart from the mall. A delegation from the Lulu team met the Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu last week to discuss the design and to take note of his recommendations. The Chief Minister suggested tweaking the designs to make the structure innovative, upping-the-notch to international standards and presenting a direct pass to the iconic Vizag sea among other things.
