According to a report in Eenadu, that’s what you will get to see if you go to Katiki waterfalls near Araku this week. The reason for this larger than life scene you ask – Katiki waterfalls are going to be the battleground for the Water Raffling World Cup, which is going to start from Saturday onwards! Water raffling is an adventure sport wherein the adventurers climb up and down using a rope which is then timed by judges. The 420 foot Katiki waterfalls, which make for a perfect spot for the sport, will witness around 120 participants from 16 countries. Apart from the regular raffling, blindfolded raffling and upside raffling will be the special attractions in the event.
